Tina Knudson provides individual, marriage, and family
counseling to those who are dealing with significant issues
in life that are negatively impacting their health and
happiness. One of her specialties is providing therapy to
young adolescent girls suffering from depression, anxiety,
trauma, and body image issues.
- Experience and Training: Tina has training in assessing and
treating relationship problems, mood and behavioral
disorders. She also has extenstive training in nicotine
dependence, weight loss, nutrition, exercise, and stress
management
- Credentials: Tina graduated Saint Mary's University
with an master's in Marriage and Family Therapy. She
is also certified as a tobacco treatment specialist.
- Licensed: Tina is licensed by the state of Minnesota as a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT).
